See photos from the kick-off here.
August Spotlight:
At our August meeting Becky Jennings with Wilson Bank & Trust spoke about the new Wilson County The Place To Be initiative. She presented some of the long and short term plans for the new effort, as well as ideas on how we can all get involved and promote our county. Promoting our county and generating interest will help all the communities, businesses, and residents. For more information on Wilson County The Place To Be, visit the website: www.WilsonCountyTN.org
Thanks to our July Spotlight speaker, Bill Shults with Three Forks Marketplace, for speaking on historic preservation efforts in Watertown. More info coming soon.
August Star: Our August Star was Jay Chesley Real Estate. They can help with real estate not only Watertown, but the entire Wilson County area. Owners Jay and Lisa Chesley have been pillars of our local community, restoring buildings and helping with community events and projects including the Watertown Chamber of Commerce and Watertown's Angel Tree program.
